Shipping policy
Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship orders within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping. After your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days on standard shipping and international shipping 6-18 business days (not including holidays and weekends). If you have any issues with your order, contact us by email. We will respond to your email within 24 hrs.
As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a shipping and handling fee.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
Pre-Order Items
Please note items purchased that are labeled Pre-Order have an estimated ship date of 2-4 weeks from the time of purchase. Please be aware that when ordering other items in addition to a pre-order item, it will result in a delay of your shipment. All items will ship at one time. It is recommended to order pre-order items separately to prevent a delay in the delivery of your entire order.
Estimated ship dates for all preorders are included in the item description. Please note dates on pre-order items are subject to change.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JAG Luxe Apparel, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to said carrier.
